Super Green Smoothie Recipe!

Drinking fruit and vegetable blends have changed the quality of my life.

  • I have more energy between classes
  • I have more energy for performances
  • I also find I recover faster

The greens may seem scary at first, but trust me, the fruit makes it naturally sweet. You’ll feel so energized and ready for the day, whatever challenges it may bring! Green smoothies are an important part of my nutrition and something I look forward to every day.

Be careful though, they are a gateway food to healthy eating!

1 handful of kale

1 handful of spinach

1/2 cup of any frozen fruit (I like mango or mixed berries)

1 banana

4 oz. apple juice

2 tbs. ground flaxseed

8 oz. water
